Amazing Alaskan experience! Private domes on a reindeer ranch close to awesome dog mushing tour/experience and Chena hot springs. During our stay we were able to see the northern lights from our windows and deck without any light pollution. Very clean, comfortable, cozy accommodations with beautiful interior. Friendly,responsive host with a ton of knowledge about the area and activities in the area! Ask him about his photography :)

I has the coziest time at Pleasant Acres! The Dome was extra comfortable and the reindeer were right in the backyard! Even though it was cloudy and I wasn’t able to see the Aurora, the view was beautiful and I spent a lot of time going in and out to look at the view. I especially loved the little heater that felt like a homey fireplace. They were wonderful communicators when a storm took out the power and I felt safe and comfortable during the storm. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

What a cool place to stay. Perfect in-between location for FAI and Chena. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Not to mention beautiful with the Aurora and reindeer. We'll be back again I'm sure.

Check-in was easy with the clear instructions & we loved the layout of the place. We saw reindeer right outside & even a faint Aurora at night.

This was such a unique stay! The Aurora in the sky all around us was just so magical. Would highly recommend this stay if you’re in search of the northern lights. The reindeer were adorable and being able to see them so closely was also a great experience.Description goes here

I only stayed for a day but it’s a pleasure to experience the igloo in the middle of nowhere. Everything was simple, there was no complications.
